In yesterday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai we saw Naira reaches Udaipur while Kartik and Vedika perform a puja before their engagement. Tonight’s episode starts with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) getting disturbed as to how will she get her reports as she cannot go home without them. At the Goenka house, Suhasini and the rest of the family are seen taking out Naira’s stuff from Kartik’s (Mohsin Khan) room and they all reminisce Naira and get emotional. Vedika comes and tells them not to take out Naira’s stuff as she does not have any problem and leaves from there. Meanwhile, Kartik also remembers Naira and cuddles her toys and cries. Kartik thinks he can never forget Naira and wonders why is everyone forcing him to do so. In the hotel room, Naira thinks she will go in the night and search for her hospital card so that she can get her reports. She decides that she has to do so, if she wants Kairav to get well soon. Suddenly Naira remembers that Kartik had made an account of her files when she was ill and searches in her phone. Naira remembers Kartik had named it 'Medical Lioness@ gmail.com'. She finds it and opens the file, logs in and enters the password hoping that Kartik has not changed it till now. The file opens and Naira gets her reports. On the other hand, Kartik gets a message on his mobile that someone has accessed the email and gets shocked as only he and Naira knew the password. On the other hand, when Naira opens the mail, Naira reads Kartiks letter and gets emotional as he has written about her and how much he misses her. There, Kartik gets a clue that someone from Hotel Palash has opened his account and wonders who will it be and leaves to find out. Naira takes a photo of the reports. Kartik comes to the hotel and enquires and is led to the computer room, but finds no one there. Kartik goes to the reception and asks them to show him the CCTV footage so that he can come to know who has opened his account.

Back in the hotel room, Kairav asks for Kartik, and Naira tells him that he has gone for a mission and will come soon to meet them. The doctor calls Naira and tells her that she has checked her reports and refers her to meet another doctor friend (Dr Ishaani from Sanjivani 2) who is in Mumbai so that she can check Kairav once. Naira hopes that Kartik should not see them.

In the next episode, Naira takes an appointment with the doctor and goes to meet her. Vedika also comes there with Kartik to meet the doctor as she is her friend.
