n yesterday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kartik is nervous as Naira is taken to the operation theatre while Pallavi discloses a shocking truth to Vedika before the surgery. In tonight’s episode, we see Naira (Shivangi Joshi) tells Kartik (Mohsin Khan) to come to her but he says the doctor has told him not to come close to her. Naira asks Kartik why is Vedika in the hospital. Kartik could not control his feelings and goes close to Naira and hugs her. Vedika gets emotional and cries. Kartik tells Naira what all happened and how Vedika saved her life by giving her kidney to her. Kartik thinks how will he tell Naira about what Vedika demanded before the kidney transplant? In the Goenka house, all are happy and wait for Naira’s return. Kairav and Vansh are also happy. Meanwhile, in the Singhania house, Naksh makes cakes to welcome Vedika home. Kaveri is happy as Vedika will come home and Naira will go to the Goenka house. Swarna tells Suhasini that Kartik must be so troubled as he has to take care of both Naira and Vedika. In the hospital, Kartik prays to God and tells to give him courage so that he can tell Naira the truth. Naira is excited as she will going home after so long. Pallavi tells Vedika to take care, just then a nurse comes in with Vedika’s file. Seeing Vedika’s file in the nurse’s hand Pallavi berates her and asks who told her to touch the file. The nurse tells that she has to make discharge papers so she took the file. Pallavi tells the nurse that she will take care of it and orders her to leave the room.
Meanwhile, Naira overhears two nurses talking. They were telling that Pallavi is so overprotected towards Vedika that she does not allow anyone to go to her room to check her BP or dress her wounds. They say that she was not even given glucose after the surgery and the injection was so mild. Naira wonders what is going on.
Kairav on the other side, is getting impatient as to why Naira as not reached home till now. They see Kartik’s car coming and get ready to welcome Naira with the aarti thali. Kartik gets out of the car, behind him Vedika gets down from the car. All are shocked to see her as she was supposed to go to the Singhania house. Manish tells Kartik to call Naira also out. Kairav sees inside the car and not finding Naira inside asks Kartik where is she?. Meanwhile, Naira comes to Singhania house, Devyani and Kaveri are shocked to see her there.
Suhasini tells Kartik to get Naira home soon as she wants to do some rituals with her daughter-in-law. Kartik tells that Vedika is the daughter-in-law of the house and Suhasini should do the rituals with her. Kartik takes Vedika inside the house. Suhasini gets emotional and tells that she knew this all is framed by Vedika. In the precap, Naira tells Suhasini that she has been given painkillers and Vedika has been given just some multivitamin tablets. Suhasini tells Naira to find out the truth.
