Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) telling that he can’t take any risk, Naira (Shivangi Joshi) is so happy and now he does not want her to know that this is not her baby. Just then Naira comes and asks him for the reason why is he so tensed. Naira asks him why he does not want this nurse to stay and tells him to say the reason behind it. Kartik hugs her and tells her that for the past few days whatever happened had disturbed him. Naira tries to console Kartik and tells him that everything will be fine. Naira makes Kartik agree to keep nurse Leela with them so that she can help her. Just then the nurse comes with the baby and tells that Suhasini has told her to feed the baby. Naira tells thanks to the nurse as she helped them so much in the hospital and goes from there.

There Naksh is talking with Kirti and tells her that he saw Kartik and Naira’s baby today and he looks somewhat like her. Naksh tells that he has gifted the cradle which she has brought for Naira’s baby. There the nurse is telling Kartik that it is his decision to keep her or not to keep. Kartik tells the nurse that he does not have any personal problem with her it is just that if she by mistake also tells Naira about the truth then his whole life will be ruined. The nurse tells that she need the job for some extra income and tells Kartik to believe her and that she will never reveal the truth to anyone in the house.

Just then Suhasini and Manish comes there and ask What did Kartik do that he needed her help. Manish also asks the nurse what did Kartik do with both the babies. The nurse smartly tells lie that according to the hospital’s rule the baby’s should be kept away from the mother, but as the survival chance of the baby was less, Kartik took the baby to show it to Kirti, he thought that let Kirti atleast hear her baby’s voice and feel it. Suhasini tells Kartik that he has done a very good thing and goes from there. The nurse says Kartik that she won’t tell anyone about the truth.

At night, Kartik and Naira are trying to make the baby sleep but he is crying, Kartik panics and tells let us take the baby to the hospital. Suhasini and all come hearing the cry of the baby and takes the baby and tries to console him. Everyone tries but the baby does not stop crying. Surekha tells that he will stop crying once he is in his mother’s arm. Naira takes the baby but still he is crying, she says that she does not know what the baby wants. Luv and Kush also try saying a rhyme, listening it the baby stops crying but again starts with the bell of the mobile. Kartik is tensed seeing all this. There Naksh gets a call from the Police head quarters.

The police catch Aditya and bring him to the police station. Naksh comes and tells how dare he did this and hold his collar, Naksh tells that because of him he lost his baby and his wife is in the coma. Just then Aditya’s lawyer comes and tells them not to harm him or else he will take action on them. The lawyer takes Aditya outside to talk.

Naira and the nurse are playing with the baby. Naira tells the nurse that she knows how to look after the baby. Suhasini is telling Surekha to give some money to the needy and hands some money, the nurse sees it. Naira is asking the nurse whether the kid should have massage or not and sees that she is watching Suhasini giving money to Surekha. The nurse gets a call and she tells that do not call her again and she will call when she gets money and keeps the phone. The nurse comes to Kartik and asks if he can give some money as advance as she need it.

Naira comes and tells the nurse to talk about money to Suhasini and she will talk to her agency whether to give the money or not. The nurse tells that after one hour she has to go out for some time and she will be back soon. Naira tells ok and let her go. Kartik tells Naira that why she did not give the money to the nurse, Naira says let us ask Suhasini first. Kartik gets angry and tell why for this small things she wants Suhasini to get troubled. The nurse is doing so much work and we are not even helping her.

Kaveri and Devyani says that Naira will be happy seeing this wollen socks. Kaveri tells Devyani that Naira’s son has the same mark on his leg as Kirti has. Devyani says that she felt he looks also like Kirti. Suhasini is telling her maid that she and Surekha are going to the temple and that Manish and Akhilesh has gone for work and Kartik and Naira are in their room. The nurse hear this all and smiles.

Naira is sleeping with the baby in her arms and Kartik is sleeping in the sofa, suddenly Naira gets up and sees that the baby is not there and they search for it everywhere. They come down and ask the staff where is the baby but they say that they have not seen the baby. In the precap, Kartik and Naira see in the CCTV footage and sees that the nurse is taking the baby and going out from the house.
