Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata starts with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) coming and telling Naira (Shivangi Joshi) to come with the baby as all are waiting for the pooja down. Naira is cuddling the baby, the tag falls down which was there in the baby’s wrist. All are happy seeing Naira and the baby. Naira asks for Naksh. Suddenly they see Naksh coming in with dancing carrying a dhol. Naksh comes and hugs Naira and the baby and tells that it is a big day for his sister how could he not come and puts a turban on the head of the baby. Suhasini tells Naira to light the lamps. The pooja starts and Naksh holds the baby. Kartik is little tensed and watches Naksh holding and loving the baby. Suhasini puts the baby in the cradle and all sing and dance. All the relatives offer gifts to the baby. Naira feels some pain in her stomach, Surekha tells her to take rest and tells Suhasini that they should keep a nurse who can take care of her day and night.

Kartik sees the baby and tells now he is looking with love at him but when he becomes big maybe he will hate him for what Kartik has done. Everyone is consoling Naksh and giving him support as he has to be strong and take care of Kirti. Just then an Inspector comes at the door and asks for Naksh. There Naira sees the tag, just then Kartik comes and tells her to take rest and sees that Naira is holding the tag and gets tensed. Naira asks Kartik how did this tag come here and tells this is the tag of that baby who is not alive. Kartik tells that he has kept it, Naira tells him to hide it as if someone will see they will not like it. Kartik thinks about the baby and feels sad. Naira tells Kartik that when Kirti comes to her senses may be she asks for it and keeps it safe.

There the police are showing them the car from which their car had collided. Naksh sees it and recognizes the car and tells it is Aditya’s car and tells that he must have done this purposely. Naksh tells to arrest him and put him behind bars. Naksh tells Kaveri that Aditya has troubled them so much but now he won’t leave him. Kartik sees that the same nurse who was in the hospital has come and asks her why she came here and tell her to go back. Suhasini comes and tells Kartik that she has called the nurse to take of Naira. Suhasini tells Surekha to show the nurse Naira’s room. Kartik tells Suhasini to send her back and there is no need for a nurse. Naira asks why he does not want the nurse to stay. Kartik gets annoyed and tell that keep other nurse but not this one and goes from there.

There Naksh tells all that had happened in the resort and they just wanted to help Vaishali. Naksh cries telling that he feels he is responsible for all this as he forced Kirti to work in Aditya’s company. Devyani tells whoever is done bad to us god will definitely punish them. Kartik is tensed as for how he will tell Naira and Suhasini the truth and is worried if the nurse becomes friendly and she reveals about the secret then what will happen. Just then Naira comes. In the precap, Not finding the baby in the cradle Naira becomes tensed.
