Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata starts with Kartik (Mohsin Khan)  and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) sitting at the same café where they had earlier planned to meet. Kartik tells Naira that he had planned what all to say but now can’t remember any words to express. Kartik tells that he is just waiting for the baby to come in their life and that he will become the world’s best father.  Kartik tells Naira that he had brought some gifts for her and gives her a baby doll.  Kartik tells her till our real baby comes we will assume this as our baby.

Meanwhile Suhasini is praying from morning as she is very tensed for Naira’s baby, Akhilesh  is asking Surekha why is Suhasini  praying so much, is today some auspicious day, Surekha explains to him that their neighbour Geeta met  Suhasini  in the temple today and told something regarding Naira and her baby that’s why Suhasini is little tensed and  afraid.  Akhilesh says Suhasini loves her family so much that she can go to any extent to save them, Manish also agrees to this.

Kaveri is telling Kirti that she has done the right thing by leaving that job whose partner was Aditya, she says we can start our own business.  But Naksh makes them understand that she should work and not care if Aditya is also working in the same company. Kirti tells him that she will not be comfortable working there. Devyani and Kaveri also support Kirti in this matter and say if she works there she has to meet him every day and she will be upset. Now when Kirti is pregnant she has to be happy and not tensed. Naksh tries to persuade Kirti but she says that she has decided not to work and Naksh agrees to it and says he will support her decision.

Manish tells Suhasini not to worry and that everything will be fine. Suhasini tells him she will do whatever she can to save Naira’s baby and tells that the vibhuti the pandit had given her, she mixed it in the ladoo and she will give this to Naira to eat it so that she will have a baby boy only. Just then Naira and Kartik come there and  Kartik asks her what is this all about is she making ghee khe ladoo or ghee waley ladoo and smiles.  Suhasini feels relieved as he has not heard their talk and tells him why he is enquiring this and whether he wants to eat the ladoo. Kartik explains Suhasini that Naira does not like ghee and see feels sick smelling it. Kartik argues with Suhasini that Naira can’t have these oily things as her dietician had told him but Suhasini say the ladoo which she made is full of nutrition and she will make Naira eat it. Both tell Naira to eat ladoo what they have brought and she is confused. She feels like vomiting and goes inside. Surekha tells now that Naira has gone inside, you both only eat the ladoos, Kartik and Suhasini tell together they will make Naira only eat this ladoo.

Kirti is talking with Vaishali on video chat and telling that she had taken her decision not to work in her company but Vaishali makes her understand that her excuse should not be of Aditya and that he is a changed man now and she does not have to meet him every day.  Vaishali tells Kirti to remove all negative thoughts from her mind and join the work, Naksh also says that he also agrees to this but give Kirti some time and then they will call. Vaishali disconnects the phone and tells Aditya that what he told was true about Kirti’s husband that he is very understanding and he will make her do this work.

Naira calls the doctor that she feels like eating something spicy and the doctor gives her permission to eat but tells her not to eat too much.  Naira tells the doctor if Kartik calls please tell him that you told her to eat spicy food. When Naira goes to the kitchen she sees Suhasini and Kartik both making their dishes for her and feels very tensed. Kartik brings a healthy drink for her just then Luv and Kush act as if something bit them and Kartik goes to see it. Naira pours the drink in the nearby vase before Kartik sees it. Just then Suhasini comes and brings a dish for Naira to eat and again the kids draw Suhasini’s attention and Naira puts it in the vase.  Suhasini seeing Naira had eaten all is very happy and goes from there.  Naira is also happy as she has eaten half of each dishes made by Kartik and Suhasini.

Naksh makes Devyani and Kaveri understand that Kirti will work and everything will be alright and that they should not be afraid of anyone. Naksh tells Kirti to get ready for the meeting, but Kaveri has some doubt in his mind regarding their decisions.

Both Suhasini and Kartik check on each other's dish which they made for Nair and taste it and like it but say this is good for them and not Naira.  Suhasini tells Manish that she has talked with their doctor and tell him to take Kartik with him to the office. Manish tells Kartik to join him in the office and takes him.  Suhasini calls the doctors clinic and enquires if they can come now and wants to know whether the baby is a boy or a girl. There in the clinic, the police have come to raid the clinic.  Suhasini tells Naira to come with her to the doctor just to see if everything is good. Kartik comes and questions as to why she wants again to visit the doctor.  Suhasini tells him that this doctor is a specialist and he will guide them properly, Kartik tells Suhasini to wait for some time as he will also accompany them. Suhasini is tensed and tells Kartik that he can’t come with them and gets angry, Naira makes Kartik understand that this time let them go alone and next time he can join them. Kartik goes to the office.  There in the office, Manish is shouting at him as to why he is not working and what he is thinking and tells him to go and have a cup of coffee.

Kartik calls Naira just then his driver Gopal calls to tells him that he is taking Suhasini and Naira to the clinic but is not able to find the car papers. Kartik tells him to look above in the vizer and he finds the paper. Gopal says sorry as he had to call him because they have to go to Mahesh colony and there they do checking so wanted the papers. Kartik thinks why they are going to Mahesh colony, that place is so far and not a good one.

In the precap, Suhasini and Nair go to meet the doctor. The police have come to raid the clinic
