In yesterday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai we saw Naira stops Aditya from contacting Kartik. Later, the Singhania’s and the Goenka’s are in for a shock during Kartik and Vedika’s mehndi ceremony. Tonight's episode starts with Naksh beats Aditya and tells that he came back to just disturb them and their happiness. Aditya’s parents come and tell that he is not well so maybe he is talking silly thinks and that they should not believe his words and take him with them. Meanwhile Naira (Shivangi Joshi) says that she will never come back in Kartik’s (Mohsin Khan) life and hopes that he is happy with his new life and leaves from there. On the other side, Kartik gets disturbed and reminisces Naira (yeh Rishta kya Kehlata hai track plays in the background) and goes to his room, Vedika follows him to his room.

Swarna tells Manish that for the first time she is getting the feeling that Aditya is telling the truth. Manish makes her understand that if Naira was alive then why would she hide from Kartik and all of us. Back in the room, Kartik gets emotional thinking about Naira and misses her, Kartik feels that Naira is around and tells her not to go leaving him alone (yaha waha hai tu mujhemey hai tu track plays in the background). Kartik sees a shadow and thinks it is Naira and asks forgiveness that he hurt her and that he should have not asked the question, just then Vedika comes closer and sees Kartik’s room which is full of Naira’s stuff. Down, all the guests wait for Vedika, she comes down and washes the Mehendi which she had applied in her hands, all try to stop her but she announces that she and Kartik will not get married. Manish asks her for the reason. Vedika says that the time is not good for them and that Kartik only loves Naira and that he does not say anything but he is very sad from inside. Vedika tells that if she marries with Kartik then she will feel bad for him as he will not be ready wholeheartedly for the marriage.

On the other side, Lisa is playing with Kairav in the hospital and trying to make him happy, just then Naira comes and she also plays with them. Kairav is happy to see her.

In the Goenka’s, Vansh tells Kartik that he should tell sorry to Vedika as he hurt her feelings.
