Today's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik(Mohsin Khan) realising that the next stop for the train is after four stations as the women start pushing the two around as they ask Naira(Shivangi Joshi) and Kartik to patch up and forget their fight. Kartik and Naira are reminded of their moments from the past and feel overwhelmed as they try their best to avoid each other.

Kirti happily thanks Bhabhima for helping her out and then Kirti walks to her room to get her phone. By then the people arrive to get the parcel as Bhabhima and Devyani ask the man to tell his owner that when she places such a huge order, she should also give them enough time to complete it. The man calls to inform the owner about it. Kartik cannot take it anymore, and he jumps onto the next platform. This worries Naira as she runs out to look for him. She meets Tanvi and tells her about it. Tanvi calls to inform the college about this.

Swarna calls Kirti to ask about the order, and Kirti says that she will not blame Bhabhima for anything and that being so much elder she accepted her mistake which many elders do not do. Swarna feels sad about this. Naksh hugs Kirti and calms her down. Kartik reaches college and finds out that some student called the college to inform that he fell. Kartik feels happy that at least Naira cares for him. Then the college authorities inform him that the girl was Tanvi and this makes him furious.

Naira wonders if Kartik is fine and wishes to see him once. He walks by, and Naira asks him if he is fine. Kartik asks her to mind her own business as he knows she does not care for anyone or anything. Sulekha and Swarna have another argument as Swarna wants to find Kartik a flat in Mumbai. Swarna asks Sulekha why they have distanced so much over time. Manish watches them and thinks that if only Naira returns everything will fall into place again. Kirti tries to talk to Naksh about naira, but Naksh avoids the topic.

Kartik is teaching in Naira's class as a boy throws chalk at him and he thinks that it is Naira. He turns to shout at her, and she wonders why Kartik is always misunderstanding her. Swarna is checking for houses, and she likes none as she calls the broker who asks her to wait while he video calls her from another flat. Kartik and Naira bump into each other at the library as Naira's hair gets struck in Kartik's shirt button. Kartik asks Naira to pull off the hair, and she does that.
