Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 2nd April 2018 Written Update of Full Episode: Naitik Is Against Naira's Surgery As He is Aware of Her Phobia

Today's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Naira(Shivangi Joshi) and Kartik (Mohsin Khan) praying as they leave for the procedure to the hospital. Dadi worries that Naira is just acting strong and she  might be very scared. Swarna is confident that Naira and Kartik are very strong and they will go through this and overcome it. Naksh and Keerti also leave for check up as Devyani packs the kaada and the juice for Keerti. Keerti sees the gardener tending to the plants and gets worried that her secret might be found, she used to throw the kaada in the plants.  The gardener asks Devyani why the mud is so hard, Devyani says that it might be because of the heat. Kartik awaits outside the room as Naksh and Keerti also reach the same floor but miss  seeing them. Naira is somehow comforting herself as she dreams of having the baby post the a successful surgery when she suddenly meets her doctor.

As Kartik waits he sees Naira running out and speeding away. He screams out to her and this attracts Naksh and Keerti's attention. Naksh runs behind Kartik as he is running behind Naira. Dadi sits worried as she feels she herself is the cause of Naira and Kartik not having babies. Manish consoles Dadi and says they would fight the situation. Kartik gets hold of running Naira and asks her what went wrong. Naira says that she will not be able to do it. Naksh reaches there and misunderstands that Kartik is forcing Naira for the surgery. Kartik asks Naira to tell her brother immediately orelse he will beat him up. Later naira refuses to say anything as Naksh and Kartik both try to get this out of her. Naira finally tells Naksh that she cannot says the reason infront of him. Naksh offers to leave while Naira talks to Kartik.

Naira tells Kartik that the doctor is male and she cannot get treated by him. Kartik laughs as he does not see an issue there. He agrees to take Naira away  but asks her one question if she would have liked it if she was not allowed to do her job just because she was a female. Naira gets the point and returns to the clinic . She asks the doctor to forgive her for her immaturity. The doctor laughs it away and says that he goes through such situations almost all the time. He then assures Naira that he would take care that she feels comfortable getting her treatment from him as they work together. Dadi and the family are worried as they wait for Naira and Kartik. Naitik walks in and says that he is upset that Naira is forced for the surgery. Naitik gets all worked up and says that Naira will not take the surgery. Naira says she will and she walks in telling the family it is all fine and they will take the surgery the next day.

Later Naitik does his best to dissuade Naira as he reminds her about all the times she has run from the hospital and surgeries. Naira asks Naitik to promise her he will never tells anyone about her fear especially Kartik. She says Kartik will never let her take the surgery if he knows this. She also adds that her fear is not greater than her sorrow of never getting to be a mother. She says she wants to have her own princess like he has.
