Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 21st March 2018 Written Update of Full Episode: Keerti is Pregnant While Naira Finds Out She Would Never Conceive

Today's episode of  Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has Naira(Shivangi Joshi) and Keerti (Mohena Singh) fainted on the floor. Kartik(Mohsin Khan) runs to Naira and Naksh (Rishi Dev) reaches Keerti. Later the doctor arrives as the girls are treated. The family prays that both are fine while Dadi thinks that she is hopeful they get some good news. The doctors conduct some tests on the girls and they await the results as the family wonders what caused them to faint together. Suhana and Rahul are relieved they escaped and they think that the party they face now is actually smarter than anyone they conned till now.They decide to take it slow. Rahul suggests they drop the idea but Suhana says that Shubham is crazily in love with her now and there is no way she can escape him now.

It is now revealed that Rahul is actually in love with Suhana while she seems to be just using him. Rahul tells her that he will not bear another man around her and she says she will just loot Shubham and they can flee abroad. Shubham worriedly calls Suhana and asks her if she is fine. Dadi hears him and tells him that she would like to speak to him once Keerti and Naira are fine. The doctors ask the family to wait for the results. Naira comes to senses and asks Kartik who sits by her about what happened to her. Kartik tells her that she and Keerti had both fainted. Naira gets worried for Keerti and asks Kartik to go meet her.(Also Read: Suhana Revealed to be a Con Artist!)

The doctor walks in right then and asks Kartik to leave while she checks on Naira. Kartik is reluctant but then leaves. Naira asks the doctor what the matter is to which the doctor says that she is actually awaiting some results. The reports arrive and the doctor reads out to Naira that she is pregnant and Keerti actually has some pregnancy related complications. Naira is both happy and sad. Naira says she wants to speak to her husband. She walks out to meet Kartik as she is worried about the situation she is in where she is happy yet she cannot stop worrying for Keerti. But before she can speak to Kartik the doctor pulls her away and tells her she actually read the reports wrong. She says that it is Keerti who is pregnant while Naira has teh complications.

Naira is elated for Keerti but soon realises she would never be a mother. Later as Keerti returns to consciousness everyone is praying around her. Shubham walks in and tells the family he could not find Kartik and Naira in the room. The family gets worried but soon hear the sounds of drums. They come down to see Kartik beating drums while Naira dances. Naira makes them all dance with her. The family asks the duo what is up and Kartik reveals he will soon be a uncle and that Keerti is pregnant. The family is elated and they all wish Naksh and Keerti. Naira hides her sorrow behind her smile and hopes no one finds out just then. She prays to God and lays all her hopes in her God. Next morning Naira decides to meet the doctor first and then tell Kartik everything. Kartik wakes up and hugs her and he has all dreams about having babies. He tells Naira he does not mind having twins too and also tells her they should be meeting a doctor for this. Naira tells Kartik she too is eager to have their kids and that they will surely have them. At the breakfast table Shubham misbehaves with Naira as she asks if she should serve him. He is angry that no one is bothered about Suhana. Dadi scolds him and says that she consulted her Guruji who did not like the proposal also that he should quit misbehaving or she would think about this no further.
