Today's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Naira(Shivangi Joshi) finding Swarna on the road as her car has met with an accident. Naira remembers Swarna asking her to stay away from her.

Naira tries calling Kartik(Mohsin Khan) but finds his phone engaged. She sees Swarna's phone ringing, and it is Kartik. She takes the call and tells Kartik that Swarna has met with an accident.

Manish worries over Swarna and Akhilesh tries to calm him down. Manish gets Naira's call and is informed about Swarna's accident. Akhilesh informs Sulekha. Kirti and Naksh too learn about this.

Kartik and Naira rush Swarna to the hospital. Later Naira calms down a panicking Kartik. Naira tells Kartik that Swarna will be fine. Naitik and Suhasini too reach the spot.

Later Manish and the others arrive. Manish asks Kartik if Swarna saw him and Naira together. Kartik says that probably she did. Swarna dreams Naira is taking Kartik away from her and screams out for Kartik. Kartik asks the doctor if he can meet her.

The doctors check on Swarna and decide to call Kartik in, but Swarna says that she does not want to meet anyone. The family is shocked as even Kartik is not allowed inside.

Sulekha tells Naira that she should not have seen them together as Kartik is Swarna's life and she will not bear this betrayal. Naitik gets furious and says that they should stop blaming Naira for everything going wrong.

Naitik says that he cannot watch his daughter in pain anymore and takes Naira away. Kartik walks in to meet Swarna, but she refuses to see him. She cries as she says that she could bear betrayal from everyone but not her son.
