Yeh Hai Mohabbatein Written Episode Update, May 4, 2018: Suraj is Behind Kiran's Illegal Activities

Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) lost in thought as Raman(Karan Patel) walks in and they discuss how they have reached the place they started, and they still do not know who is involved with Kiran as they trust Kran is not a bad person. Ishita says that she does not want to lose Bala because of all of this. Kiran lies awake at night as she remembers how Ishita asked her to tell her the name of the person who is making her do all of this. Kiran gets up and calls someone as she says she wants to meet the person urgently. There we see Romi too speaking on the phone as he tells Mihika that he has to meet someone.

Kiran leaves home, and Romi too goes as Mihika is sceptical about him leaving at this hour. Romi says a client of his is leaving India. Romi gets out of his room and is thankful that Mihika did not catch his lie and decides to resolve this matter tonight. Kiran reaches a secluded place, and someone approaches her. The person is none other than Ashok's brother Suraj. Kiran says she cannot be a part of this business as she cannot handle the responsibility of someone's death. Suraj says that she knew what she was getting into and that she cannot leave at this moment. Suraj says that he will kill Bala if she refuses to be a part of his business anymore. Suraj says that Ashok was a fool to hand over his business to Raman and Ishita and that he is not. He says that he hates Raman and Ishita still. Suraj has another motive to take revenge from Bala, and that is because he loved Vandita.

Ishita and Raman do not get sleep as they think about how much even their papaji suffered during the time they were both unavailable. Raman's family doctor calls him and says that Romi is here and he wanted to know what is up. Romi walks into the doctor's house, and the doctor asks Romi to speak to Raman. Romi tells Raman that he was just feeling guilty as he was unable to take care of Papaji. The doctor looks at the reports and assures them that papaji is fine just needs to have regular checkups. Ishita makes a diet chart for Papaji next morning, and this makes Santoshi too is relaxed. Santoshi forbids Mr Bhalla from eating anything fried or oily from now on.

Ishita says that not only Mr Bhalla but also Santoshi has to eat the diet food from now on. A bouquet arrives for Aliya, and the family is surprised to see someone being a hardcore Aliya fan. Aliya reads the card and is pleasantly surprised to see that it is from Adi. Adi walks in and tells Aliya that these are her favourite. Adi seeks forgiveness of her for being rude to her. Adi hugs her and says that he wants to make everything right and he asks her to come out with him. Raman too gets romantic and urges Ishita to go out with him. Raman follows his wife to her room as he convinces her to go with him. There Kiran is all lost as she does not see a way out of this trouble. Kiran burns her hand in the kitchen as Madhu gets very furious at her. Bala calms her down as Kiran feels more and more guilty.
