Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) and Raman (Karan Patel) coming face to face, and they receive Pihu. The wardens walk in and say byes to Pihu. They tell Raman and Ishita that Pihu will soon forget the time spend in the juvenile home. Ishita gives Pihu her favourite ladoos, and she distributes it to the wardens. Later Raman takes the ladoos and throws it away before Pihu can eat from it. He says that she must have mixed poison in it. Pihu cries as she sees her parents fighting and asks them what the matter is. Raman tries dragging Pihu away, but she clings to Ishita.

Raman then breaks it to Pihu that Adi is dead and Ishita killed him. Ishita tries stopping Raman and telling him that Pihu is just a child, but Raman gives all the details to her. At the temple, the pandit asks for Pihu's mother, and Madhu and Santoshi say that Pihu's mother is more like dead for them. Bala later confronts Madhu for telling this. Madhu says that Ishita did not have to kill Adi as there should have been other ways to stop him.

Ishita goes into the flashback as she remembers when she arrived near Adi's funeral pyre. Raman had screamed at her asking her to keep away from his son; he had also accused her of proving that she is not Adi and Ruhi's mother. He says that she quietly went to jail for Pihu as she is her own child but for Adi, she did not even give him a chance. Ishita implores Shagun to speak up, but Shagun also accuses her of being rash and says that she should never have trusted Ishita with her children.

Now Ishita once again tells Raman that Pihu is her child and he cannot snatch her away from her, but Raman will not listen to anything and says that Pihu is his child and will live with him. Pihu clings to Ishita and says that she trusts her mother and all her decisions. Ishita convinces Pihu to go with Raman for now and that she will always be with her.
