Yeh Hai Mohabbatein Written Episode Update, March 22, 2018: Param Plays His Trump Card Against Ishita Leaving Her Helpless!

Today’s episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) foraging through the drawers and she pulls out some files and thinks out aloud again saying she feels the proofs are in the other cupboard. Ishita moves to the cupboard and the man starts fiddling with the files she just kept on the bed. Ishita hears him busy and she slowly backs towards the door and pulls it close with a bang. The man starts hitting the door and Ishita who is now outside pulls down a curtain. She then takes the curtain rod and starts breaking the lights in the room and the hallway. She switches the main switch off and then moves to the kitchen. As she goes around breaking the kitchen lights the man jumps at her and she tries breaking free as she screams at him.

Ishita makes the entire house dark and tells the man that now it is not only dark for her but also for him. She tries hifing but the man opens the fridge which actually has light in it as it was not connected to the main switch. The man uses the light to get hold of Ishita again and tries striking at her. Ishita fights the man and they fall to the ground. Raman (Karan Patel) gets more and more restless as the pooja progresses. As Ishita fights suddenly the door breaks open and Raman barges in.

Raman hits the man and pulls Ishita up hugging her close. Police follow Raman and the man is arrested. The police hit the man as they ask him what he is up to. Ishita tells Raman about Pihu and Raman is surprised. Raman and Ishita go on to check on Pihu. Simmi calls up Param and tells him that Raman got a call which made him leave the pooja. She doubts he has rushed to the house.

Param asks Simmi to wait while he checks at the Bhalla house. Param finds the man in police custody and worries if the man opens his mouth they all will be in danger. Raman pulls Pihu out of the cupboard and Pihu asks about Ishita. Ishita assures Pihu that she is fine. Later Raman is happy to have Ishita and Pihu safe and promises to take care of them both. Ishita and Raman come out to check on the man who is telling the police he is just a petty thief. Ishita says that he is not a thief but a killer as she heard him talking to someone about killing her. The police check the call records but find nothing to Param’s relief.

Param decides to intervene before the man takes Simmi’s name. Param barges in and lunges at the man asking him how he dared to touch a family member. While at it Param manages to whisper into the man’s ear asking him to stay mum and not take any names. Later he also plants a bracelet of Simmi’s on the man. The police think that indeed the man is a thief. Ishita differs though and thinks about why Param is acting. Raman asks the police to wait a while before they take Ishita’s statement. He asks them to first take a look at the rooms. He takes the police away when Ishita confronts Param. She tells him that she knows about the medicine they are administering Raman and soon she is going to expose them.

Param takes the chance to play his trump card and says that if Ishita opens her mouth he too will receal her old secret to the police. The secret which is about Pihu being Ananya’s actual killer. He says that during the time of his child’s death there was one cctv camera working which showed him the truth but he spoke nothing because for him it was a win win with Ishita taking the blame and going away. Ishita is shocked and she then tells ten police that the man was indeed a petty thief and that she heard him in Simmi’s room. Param is happy that his plan worked. The family arrives and is shocked to know the happenings. They ask Ishita to rest while Simmi takes Param away. Param asks Simmi to stop troubling Ishita for now as she knows everything.
