Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Param deciding on how much he should demand as the ransom for Roshni. There a police inspector arrives at the Bhalla house to investigate Roshni's abduction. The family sits together as they discuss. The inspector tells the family that they might receive a ransom call soon enough and for that reason, they have already tapped all the phones of the house.

Simmi who is standing right there listens to this and panics. Simmi stops Param who is just going to make the call as he asks him to wait. She tells him that he should not make the call and neither should he go out as the police are in the house. Param worries that if anything happens to Roshni, then they might be in bigger trouble.

Simmi says that she does not care about Roshni and they should take care of themselves right now. Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) and Raman(Karan Patel) arrives at a temple, and they conduct a pooja for Roshni. Meanwhile, Roshni is seen struggling to find a way out of the hideout. She sees a rat make its way through the ventilator hole. She gets an idea, and she opens the ventilator and finds that the opening is towards the outside.

She slips into the opening and jumps out. She looks around to see if anyone is keeping a watch on her but finds no one around. She runs to her escape after. Ishita and Raman finish their pooja, and as Ishita turns from the idol, Raman sees that she has sindoor on her forehead. The pandit says that God has blessed the couple. Ishita and Raman drive home to post this. Roshni who has been running for a while now bumps straight into Raman's car. Ishita finds her and calms her down.

At home, Param is getting more and more restless as he wants to go and check on Roshni. He decides to look outside and make sure his way is clear. He finds that everyone is busy mourning Roshni and walks towards the door. Soon he is stopped by the, and he tells Param that until they have information on Roshni, nobody is allowed to leave the house. Soon after Ishita and Raman get Roshni home and everyone welcomes her warmly as Param is shocked
