Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Param and Simmi leaving the house to check on Ananya. Raman(Karan Patel) and Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) watch them and decide to follow.

Param and Simmi drive to the place when Simmi starts worrying about Ananya. Param has a plan worked out in his mind. Raman and Ishita lose the two, and they reach the colony.

Ishita remembers getting the bill and also finding rat poison on it. Ishita and Raman together figure out that Param is trying to kill someone. They start searching around.

Simmi hugs the child who is overwhelmed to see her. Simmi feeds the child as Param is aware that Ishita and Raman have followed them. Ananya starts frothing at the mouth after she eats.

Simmi panics and they pick up the child and start running outside. Ishita and Raman confront the two and Param start his drama again. He tells Simmi that Ishita made that food and she poisoned it to kill him.

Simmi tells Ishita that she is disgusted at the kind of woman Ishita is. Param tells everyone that Ishita and Raman have now ended up killing a child. Simmi takes the child away while Param points a gun at the duo.

Param waits till Simmi has driven away and then he laughs at IshRa. He says that Simmi will never believe them again. He also speaks about how the car will never reach the hospital and will break down soon.

Simmi's car does break down, and she panics. Raman manages to kick the gun off Param's hand, and he pins him down. They decide to follow Simmi and save the child.
