Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with the family worrying over Raman(Karan Patel) and Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) as they see the mouth of the cave closed. Raman and Ishita spot a light and move towards it.

They crawl through a hole but almost fall into a deep pit. The family tries to move the rocks together as Param watches them happily. Param thinks that they will never move it and by the time they do Raman and Ishita will be dead.

Raman finds his wound getting worse as they crawl back through the hole. Ishita helps Raman who has become very weak now. Raman lies down tired. Shagun tells Mani that they have to call the rescue teams.

None of them have network so Bala suggests he should go and get help. Ishita worries that Raman's wound is getting infected. Raman calms her down and says that they should act on priority. Ishita starts screaming for help.

Mani and Bala finally get the police and Simmi updates about the condition below. The police suggest they should use dynamite to break through the rocks. Shagun is worried that Raman and Ishita might get hurt.

Ishita finds Raman starting to pass off and starts talking to him. The night passes, and it is day, and still, they have not been able to get through to Raman and Ishita.(Also Read: Pihu Seeks Simmi's Forgiveness For Causing Ananya's Death)

The rescue teams arrive, and they decide to drill a hole and contact Raman and Ishita through it. The media and the papers arrive too and start harassing the family.

Aliya and Mihika are clueless of the happenings and try reaching everyone on the phone. They get a knock on the door and find media at the door too. Aliya is shocked to know the truth, and they switch on the TV.

The neighbours too arrive and help the family to deal with the media. Param who is still hiding sees the rescue team and worries if they will manage to save the duo. Ishita recounts the old times to Raman to keep him awake.

Raman asks Ishita to promise him that she will be his wife in every birth. She does that as they remember their times together. Raman passes out as Ishita screams for help. Ishita tells Raman that he cannot leave her as they have to do so many things together.
