Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Santoshi crying over the baby's plight if Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) is alive. Santoshi cries as she decides to take the extreme step.

Simmi and Param sneakily watch as Santosh purs the poison into milk and takes it to Ishita. Raman (Karan Patel) lets her in, and Ishita drinks the milk happily.

Santoshi walks down the stairs as Simmi tells Param that she cannot believe Santoshi actually killed Ishita. Santoshi starts wailing loudly, and Simmi walks to her.

Simmi asks her what the matter is and fakes concern too. Santoshi though does not say anything. Next morning Santoshi sits on her bed as if in a trance. Mr Bhalla asks her what the matter is but Santoshi walks away.

Mihika and Aliya discuss about how Adi slept peacefully throughout the night. Raman walks down and says that Ishita is asleep still. Pihu wants to go to her camp and wants Raman and Ishita to drop her.

Mihika gets little Adi, and they happily play with him. Neelu shouts out saying Ishita does not wake. The family runs upstairs as Santoshi is overwhelmed. Simmi is worried about her mother and tells Param that she cannot torture her to the thought that she is a murderer.

Ruhi screams to Ishita, and they start trying to wake her. Raman carries Ishita and tries to take her to the hospital, but Santoshi stops him and says that she is dead and it was she herself who poisoned Ishita.
