Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) changing the entire batch of medicines for the baby and she says that she did not want any confusions regarding the baby.

Mihika happily gets ready to return home. Ruhi sees Santoshi walking back home as if in a trance. She is tormented by what Swati told her. Ruhi drags Santoshi to the Iyer house and says that they are going to get back Adi.

Santoshi watches Ishita, and she again sees that as soon as Ishita takes the baby from Mihika, the child starts wailing. Ishita is taking out some old clothes that belonged to Pihu for Adi.

Raman(Karan Patel) walks in, and he gets all romantic seeing his wife happy and in a talkative mood. They discuss Ruhi's custody case and how changed everything is now.

Raman says that little Adi is is the reason for everyone's smile. Santoshi spends a sleepless night and walks to look at the bottle Swati gave her. She is followed by Simmi and Param.

Santoshi cries as she thinks that she will never be able to kill Ishita. Param says that they need to play a final card so as to push Santoshi to take the step. Next morning Ishita finds Mihika sleeping by the baby and sends her off to rest while she herself carries the child to her room.

Mihika apologises for her behaviour the previous day. Param finds this as an opportunity to play the final card. He starts shouting at the washer-man and says that he has lost his suit.

Simmi enters Ishita's room and pours oil on the floor while Ishita is in the washroom. Pihu tells Santoshi that Ishita is giving the baby a bath and this makes Santoshi panic.

Ishita picks up the child and walks to the washroom, but she slips on the oil and falls. Ishita manages to fall on the bed while hugging the child close so as the child is unharmed.

Santoshi runs into the room screaming at Ishita and Simmi adds fuel to the fire. Raman calms Santoshi down and says that nothing happened, but Santoshi takes the child and walks off. Ishita is left feeling guilty about the accident.
