Yeh Hai Mohabbatein Written Episode Update, April 23, 2018: Ishita Turns An Investigator For Sonakshi's Death Mystery

Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) worrying over this new issue in her life. She wonders how she can reach at a conclusion and the truth as Arushi has given her the reason to believe her. Ishita wonders if she can speak to someone in the house who could give her some information. She zeroes in on Romi and thinks that she should be able to get some information from him. She goes on to speak to Romi. Romi is watching his friend's marriage video when Ishita enters and Romi asks her to watch it with him. Romi tells her that this friend of his was so much into Simmi that he made friends with him. Romi says that Simmi had accompanied to London for business.

Ishita is now almost sure that Param and Simmi are behind all of this. Ishita decides to confront Simmi and Param. Shravan sits with his friend in a five star hotel with his friends when he comes to know that his card is blocked. The manager asks Shravan to pay in cash. Shravan is left with no choice but to give up his gold chain.

Ishita barges into Simmi's room but does not find her and so she searches for Param. She meets Param and lashes out at him for using Raman's (Karan Patel) name for a recruitment business in London and then doin fraud. Param is surprised about this and tells Ishita that he does not have any of that business and neither does Simmi. Param then warns Ishita to stay away from him orelse he would reveal her secret to the Bhalla family. Ruhi walks in right then and asks Ishita what Param is blackmailing her about. Ruhi tells Param that she is not scared of him and this brings in Simmi too. Simmi now lashes out at Ruhi for misbehaving with Param. They end up in an argument and Ruhi says that she knows Simmi and Param are a team.

Ruhi asks Ishita what the matter is and she tells her that Param and Simmi have a recruitment business abroad. Ruhi is suddenly taken aback and she drags Ishita back in. She tells Ishita that the recruitment business was Param's attempt at keeping Raman away from the other businesses so it was entirely handled by Raman. Ishita is shocked by this. Shravan comes back home in panic trying to find Param but alter he realises that Param is surely playing some game. He decides to get help elsewhere. He bumps into Raman and lies to him and gets money. Ishita gets the list of names that has been recruited and finds that Sonakshi's name is not on it.
