Adaa Khan's comeback to television was very much in the news, for the lady was offered two shows - Ekta Kapoor's Daayan on &TV and Rashmi Sharma's Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara. And only recently, the actress made her choice- the latter show. The channel released the first promo of the show starring Shilpa Sakhlani, Sandeep Baswana and Adaa Khan and here's what we feel about it. 10 times the Naagin Actress Nailed the Style Game- View Pics.

The promo starts with Sitara's birth and how her mother is in awe of her daughter. However, the father Kuldeep (Sandeep Baswana) takes away the baby from the mother, much against her protests.

The Mother (Shilpa Sakhlani) then reminds Kuldeep that a vishkanya's daughter will always remain a vishkanya and will return to destroy the human race, to which he replies that the girl will indeed return, but to protect them.

Later on, the audience gets to see a glimpse of the girl Sitara (Adaa Khan) praying, as the voiceover questions whether Sitara will destroy everybody or win everybody's trust?

What we liked in the promo was that the makers have successfully kept intact the mystery quotient. The whole question posed- of whether Sitara will save the human race or destroy it, is the intriguing factor, that has been very nicely maintained. Adaa Khan on Her Mother, I Remember She Always Wanted Me to Work with Ekta Kapoor.

The show will definitely be a treat for all Adaa Khan fans, who will get to see the lady in a different avatar altogether. The rest of the star cast includes actors like Lavina Tandon, Shakti Anand, Falaq Naaz among others.
