Mumbai's hip hop dance group The Kings have won one of the biggest achievements as they won NBC's dance reality show World of Dance. The 14-member crew had impressed the judges which included Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo and Derek Hough. They have won prize money of 1 million dollars. The team defeated Canadian contemporary dancer Briar Nolet, sister duo Ellie and Ava, VPeepz, a hip-hop group based from Philippines and Unity LA, a group from Southern California. The Kings is the same dance group that has inspired the Bollywood Film Any Body Can Dance 2. Specialising in the dance technique of Bolly Hip-Hop they started from the streets of Mumbai in the year 2008. The team has been impressing the team throughout their journey of 3 months in the show and gaining top scores. The team has been in the limelight ever since they took to stage on India's Got Talent Season 3. After 12 weeks of rigorous training and performances, their final performance left everyone spellbound. They showcased a war battle scenario through their dance and won the coveted battle of dance too. Other than complicated hip hop moves, the group brings in some Desi element in their dances. They received a standing ovation and scored a full 100 marks for their performance. Their high-flying tricks and visually appealing performance earned great praises from all the judges. With a full 100, The Kings are also the second routine in 'World of Dance' history to achieve it. The first 100 score was in the Season 2 of the show.
