After months of rumours, Kapil Sharma announcing and the channel teasing with bits and pieces and glimpses of the comedian’s comeback, Sony TV released the first ever promo of The Kapil Sharma Show Season 2 a few weeks back, and it received much acclaim. Soon after, the focus shifted to Kapil’s wedding with Ginni and now, the channel has released yet another promo of the show, this time with its on-air date and time slot. The Kapil Sharma Show Season 2: Here's A Glimpse Into What The First Three Episodes of The Show Will Be Like!

The Kapil Sharma Show Season 2 will go on air from the December 29 and will air in the 9:30 pm slot. And gracing the first episode will be the Simmba cast Sara Ali Khan and Ranveer Singh, accompanied by director Rohit Shetty. The director will also be seen promoting the upcoming season of Khatron Ke Khiladi, that will go on air from January.

The promo was as interesting as always, with everyone cracking jokes on Kapil and the comedian giving it back to them, but what caught our attention and really cracked us up was the part where Kiku’s character took a dig at Kapil’s year-long absence from the limelight. See the promo below.

That Kapil is India’s funny man is no denying fact. And now, we can’t wait for the show to go on-air ASAP.
