In yesterday’s episode of Sanjivani 2, we saw Dr Sid steals a donated organ from Dr Ishaani while Vardhan strikes a deal with Rahul. After a tussle, Sid challenges Ishaani to save a terminally-ill Neeti. Tonight’s episode starts with Dr Ishaani (Surbhi Chandna) requesting Dr Juhi (Gurdeep Kohli) to do something to arrange the liver for Neeti. Dr Juhi says that Neeti has only two hours left and it’s really difficult to save her. Ishaani gets hyper and hurts herself. Dr Juhi asks her to calm down and says that she’s the in-charge of the chief of Surgery but she can’t do any changes with the list. Later, Ishaani meets Dr Sid (Namit Khanna) outside who taunts her for her useless hardcore efforts. He says that he’ll make sure to save Neeti no matter what. He says that Dr Sushankh (Mohnish Behl) and Dr Juhi are also like them but they won’t break rules. On the other side, Vardhan gives a presentation about the new Luxury ward wing that will benefit for the monetary funds of Sanjivani. He suggests Dr Anjali for the chief of Surgery post for the Luxury ward. Dr Shashank arrives there and opposes the idea. He says that the other normal patients will be affected and their space will be reduced if Luxury ward is built. He says Sanjivani’s reputation will be spoiled but Dr Anjali interrupts him.

She says that she agrees with Mr Vardhan as this is for the welfare of Sanjivani. She also agrees to take up the post of chief of Surgeon for the luxury ward. Dr Shashank gets stunned seeing his own daughter against him and storms off the meeting area. He starts shivering while the nurse brings a wheelchair for him. Meanwhile, Dr Ishaani desperately tries various donor banks for Neeti operation but couldn’t make it. Dr Sid arrives there and dresses her wound. Dr Ishaani denies his help and tries treating herself but Dr Sid forcefully takes her hand and applies for medicine. Later, Dr Aman, Dr Aasha, and Dr Neil arrives there and informs about a brain dead girl whose blood group matches with Neeti. Ishaani runs to request her parents while the others get worried about the parent’s reaction, as expected the girl’s parents scold Dr Ishaani for asking permission for liver transplantation. Dr Sid moves to his next plan. Dr Sid sneaks into Vardhan’s cabin and finds the original donor list in which Neeti’s name tops the list. He gets extremely happy but his happiness is short-lived as Vardhan burns the papers shocking Dr Sid. Meanwhile, Dr Juhi informs Dr Ishaani that she couldn’t find the donor while Neeti starts sinking. In the precap, the girl’s parents scold Ishaani and threaten to call the police if she forces them anymore. Sid raises his hand to slap Vardhan.
