The wait is finally over. Three cheers to all the fans, who have been anticipating with eager eyes, for the release of Sacred Games season 2. Yes, you heard it right! Sacred Games 2 starring Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui is back. The streaming giant Netflix India, today, shared a teaser for the upcoming season and also confirmed that Kalki is on board. According to one of our sources, the show will start streaming online from July end or the first week of August. Netflix India took to its official social media handle to share the happy news. Different characters from the much-popular show are shown in clips. Saif Ali Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Kalki Koechlin, Ranvir Shorey, and Pankaj Tripathi are shown in the video teaser. The video was posted with a caption that reads, “Season 2 is coming. Put your chattris in the air. #SacredGamesS2”

According to reports, the show has been shot in India and foreign locations including Cape Town. Anurag Kashyap has yet again taken charge for Nawazuddin's portions, and Masaan director Neeraj Ghaywan has replaced Vikramaditya Motwane to direct Sartaj Singh's part.
Sacred Games season 1 received wide appreciations and became a popular show overnight. The fans went crazy over the dark and gritty content. The desperate eyes waited for the launch of season 2, as season 1 ended on a cliffhanger. Much has to be revealed and the suspense needs to be unveiled, which will happen now. Much to the disappointment, Radhika Apte won’t be a part season 2, as she was killed in the previous season.
