The wait for Sacred Games 2 is only getting worse as we are getting closer to the airing date of the show. The second season of the popular Netflix original is all set to release on August 15 and we can hardly wait to find out what happens next. After a successful first season, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan are coming back for another explosive of a season as mysteries and plot gets thicker than ever. This season also features new characters of Kalki Koechlin and Ranvir Shorey who are about to make things even more interesting. The new teaser released by the streaming giant gives us a recap of things that happened in the first season and also gives us a glimpse of what awaits us. It shows us how lives were lost in the first season and the question of "Kya ye duniya bachane laayak hai?" is posed to us. Towards the end of the teaser, we see Pankaj Tripathi's Guruji saying, " Aham Brahmasmi". It ends with Guruji chanting these Sanskrit lines and we bet these lines will haunt you with its impact.

Sacred Games 2 has been directed by Anurag Kashyap and Neeraj Ghaywan. While Anurag has continues to direct the portion of Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Gaitonde track, Ghaywan has directed the Saif Ali Khan's part of the story.
