The next big release on Netflix is the second part of their Originals series Sacred Games 2. After releasing promos of Saif Ali Khan’s character Sartaj Singh getting ready for battle, and Surveen Chawla’s character Jojo’s return and her bond with Ganesh Gaitonde, the next promo is that of the show’s new addition, actress Kalki Koechlin.

Batya is seen narrating that it can be extremely stressful worrying about ‘the end’. She then goes on to say ‘Anth ki chinta mat karo, intezaar karo’ (Don’t worry about the end, wait for it). And Batya’s expressions totally give us the creeps.
The second season of Sacred Games, an adaptation of Vikram Chandra’s novel of the same name, will center on the flashback into Ganesh Gaitonde’s gangster life in Mombasa, Kenya, where he strives to become an even bigger name in the underworld, followed by a parallel storyline where Sartaj is seen racing against time to save the city in ‘pachees din’ (25 days) . The series premieres on August 15, 2019.
