Sacred Games 2: Durex India Makes the Best Use of Bunty's Popular 'Chhatri' Reference in a Hilarious Post

The trailer of much-awaited Netflix original series, Sacred Games' season two released yesterday and ever since has been all over the internet. The series after a successful first season is all set to return even bigger this time and the excitement is high. As always, Durex India has found a hilarious way of promoting the series.

The trailer of Sacred Games 2 released yesterday (July 9) and ever since the excitement has been high amongst fans of the show who can't wait to catch the show's premiere from August 15. The series starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Saif Ali Khan, Kalki Koechlin and Ranvir Shorey in lead roles is all set to take off from the mysterious ending that the first season left us with. The Twitter handle of Durex India posted a funny tweet saying, "@NetflixIndia, we’ve got our ‘chhatris’ ready." Their wordplay is indeed hilarious. The first season of the series was based on Vikram Chandra's best-selling novel by the same name and was co-directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane. For the second season, Anurag Kashyap returns to direct the portions showing Gaitonde's (Nawazuddin Siddiqui)timeline whereas Saif Ali Khan's plot will be helmed by Neeraj Ghaywan. The second season promises a thicker plot and much more focus on Pankaj Tripathi's Guruji character.

The Netflix original series is all set to premiere its second season from August 15. Fans of the show have been waiting with bated breaths to find out the whole 'Trivedi bachega' angle and also what Guruji's punchline 'Balidaan dena hoga' truly means.
