‘Love Conquers All’ is a phrase that has literally come true for actors Rohit Purohit and Sheena Bajaj. The good-looking actors met and fell in love on the sets of Star Plus’ Arjun and even got each other’s names inked. However, their relationship hit troubled waters, they moved apart, only to find their way back to each other. And this has happened a few times with the actors. However, the pair again split a few months back and the reason was Sheena’s Mariam Khan Reporting Live co-star Avinash Mishra. #MeToo Movement: Sheena Bajaj Stands by Her Father After Sonal Vengurlekar Accuses Him of Sexual Misconduct

It was being said that Rohit did not like the close bond that Sheena shared with Avinash and that was the reason for their break up. And just when everyone thought that this was the end of Sheena and Rohit’s romance, the duo has sorted out their differences and is all set to tie the knot.

Rohit and Sheena will tie the knot on January 22 in Rohit’s hometown in Jaipur. In fact, all the pre-wedding rituals too will take place in the Pink City itself. Also, the duo too will have two weddings- a Punjabi one (Sheena) and a Marwari ceremony (Rohit).

Confirming the dates to Bombay Times, Sheena confessed, “I get really affected when Rohit and I fight, which results in unpleasant rumours. The only thing I have always been sure of is that I want to be with Rohit at any cost. He made the decision of getting married early and here we are.”

And by early Sheena meant when Rohit was 22 years old. Agreeing to that, Rohit told the daily, “The age factor doesn’t really matter. In fact, in my case, my parents felt that I was ready for marriage when I turned 22. So, in that sense, I am already late (laughs!). Sheena and I have been together for five years and it felt right to take the plunge.”

The couple has not yet decided on their honeymoon destination. Said Rohit, “As a couple, we don’t plan anything. We will decide where to go on a honeymoon after the wedding.”

The pair also took this opportunity to clarify their last break up rumours. Setting the record straight once and for all, Rohit said, “There was no such thing. While I take my time to open up, Sheena is a friendly person. She befriended her co-actors and would post pictures with them on her social media accounts. I just told her to be careful, as people could misinterpret her intentions. Besides, I was stationed at Umbergaon for my shoot and we could hardly meet or talk on the phone at that time. Had I been insecure, I would have returned to Mumbai.”

Recalling her proposal for Rohit, Sheena revealed, “I proposed to Rohit, as he is not the kind to confess his feelings. I went with flowers, chocolates and a cake and told him that I want to see him every day of my life. He simply replied ‘okay’, which I took as a yes.”
