Rising Star 3 Finale: 12-Year-Old Aftab Singh Wins the Singing Reality Show Defeating Diwakar Sharma
Aftab Singh is merely 12-year-old. He was the youngest contestant on Rising Star 3.
The singing reality show, Rising Star 3, came to an end today. The show features Aditya Narayan as the host and Shankar Mahadevan, Neeti Mohan and Diljit Dosanjh as the judges. The show has singers competing for live votes from the audience to survive. The third season of Rising Star aired its finale today. Fan-favourite Aftab Singh was declared the winner after the final voting. He took home an amount of Rs 10 lakh along with the trophy. Aftab had to defeat Diwakar Sharma. Diwakwer took home Rs 5 lakh as the first runner up, but he has earned quite an amount of love from the fans.
Aftab Singh is merely 12-year-old. He was the youngest contestant on Rising Star 3. He was also a part of another reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs 2017 but was ousted from it before reaching the final 6. The little kid certainly has a bright future ahead of him and we wish him all the best. He sang Tharki Chokra for his final performance on the show. Diwakar Sharma is 25-years-old and hails from Delhi. He is visually impaired and has the voice fo an angel. This won't be the first time he is on the news. He secured top position in CBSE 12th board in 2003. He has also participated on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs and was the first runner up there as well.
