We woke up this morning to some devastating (if it’s true) news, that of actors Raqesh Bapat and Ridhi Dogra’s 7-year long marriage falling apart. However, Ridhi seems to have denied the news and told the portal that she and her husband were not separating and very much together, after some reluctance. Ridhi initially refused to comment on the matter but eventually wrote back to SpotboyE and said, “No, we are not. You are talking rubbish. The portal also spoke to Ridhi’s closest friends, actors Asha Negi and Sargun Mehta, who too refused to speak up about the alleged separation.

Asha was quoted as saying, “Look, I am Ridhi's friend and I would know anything and everything, but I don't want to comment on this matter." And then quickly added, "I am not aware of anything."

Sargun was more forthcoming and told the portal, “It's Ridhi's personal matter and she wouldn't like it to be discussed like this. I will have to first discuss it with Ridhi before I speak to anybody."

Raqesh remained unavailable until the time of filing the story. We also left Ridhi a text, but she is yet to revert. For those who came in late, Ridhi and Raqesh have been a part of Sony TV’s Seven and Star Plus’ Maryada – Lekin Kab Tak?. But it was on the sets of the latter that the pair fell in love and have been married for 7 years now. We sincerely hope that if the reports of them living separately are true, then it is just a small tiff and that they get back together soon.
