Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi changed Indian Television so much that it is now unrecognizable. At one point, he played Shadab, a lawyer defending Karan (Hiten Tejwani) in Aditya Gujral murder case and in another generation leap, he is a Tulsi-obsessed maniacal billionaire Jas Thakral. The only thing that perhaps made the audience forgo this error is when Ram reappeared as Jas, his real-life wife Gautami Kapoor played Tulsi. Guess that way Ekta Kapoor perhaps tried to ignite some feelings in the Ghar Ek Mandir fans when the two were paired together many years back.
