The fans of the hit show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are looking forward to an upcoming new twist on the show with the enthusiasm that is unparalleled. It is because of these enthusiastic fans that YRKKH is one of the longest running TV shows in India. The new twist will see the lead pair Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) get separated, with the latter losing her memory. This will lead the way for a familiar face from the TV industry to enter the show. Pankhuri Awasthy is back to work after two years of gap. The actress has been roped in to play an important role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata and she is very excited. Mohena Kumari Puts Rumours of Quitting Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai to Rest: Nothing’s Finalised Yet.
Pankhuri was last seen in the hard-hitting drama, Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka. Her wedding to Gautam Rode in February 2018 was the only thing the TV fans could talk about in that month. So, of course, the buzz around her comeback is huge. In an interview with Times of India, Pankhuri said that this is a good time to be back on TV. " And that too, on a show that has been running for a decade now. I am playing a sweet, soft-spoken girl, who enters Kartik’s family. It will be followed by a lot of twists and turns," she added.
Pankhuri also spoke about wedding bliss she has been experiencing for the past one year. "The past one year has been magical," she said. She also added that her hubby Gautam has been of great help in picking the show. "I discuss everything with Gautam. In fact, he has earlier worked with the same production house, and he felt that this show would work out for me. He is a very decisive person and I always depend on him for advice," she revealed.
We are certainly looking forward to what Pankhuri brings to the table in the already awesome Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The new promos of the show have already hinted at the fact that Kaira is no more. The show is all set to take a time leap following a car accident which will change everything.
