As they say, all good things come to an end, that’s what’s happening with Colors’ Roop: Mard Ka Naya Swaroop. No, the show is not coming to an end, but one of its characters is- that of the evil brother Ranvir, which is essayed by Actor Neil Bhatt. In the upcoming episode of the show, Ranvir’s evil side will be exposed to all, in turn leading to his exit from the show. And when the hunk was quizzed, his views on playing an antagonist yet again after Udaan, were very different. Nazim is of the opinion that playing baddies gives him lot more scope to perform, than playing a positive one does. “Whether an actor plays a negative role or positive role on TV, it is of no consequence anymore. Besides, there’s not much scope to perform in the positive space. Negative characters are more challenging as they allow you to showcase your graph as an actor. On the other hand, the current negative lead of the show, Neil Bhatt will be bidding goodbye to the show. However, the actor is of the opinion that he make a sensible and clean exit, instead of his character being dragged unnecessarily and being asked to leave.

Neil elaborated, “Ranveer was at the pinnacle of being a bad man. Though I didn’t expect my track to end at this point, I didn’t want it to be stretched either. I anyways don’t do shows that drag on. It’s not that I am leaving Roop; it has been a logical end for my character. I would rather leave on a high note than be pushed out. I don’t wish to overstay my welcome anywhere.”

The actor will be seen getting shot in the upcoming episodes and that is how he will meet his end. And from the looks of it, it seems like Bua (Ranvir’s mother) will now bring in a new player (Mohammad Nazim’s character) to avenge the death of her son.
