Nausheen Ali Sardar, popularly known as Kkusum, has been a butt of jokes for looking "different" in her Instagram pictures. Over the last few years, Nausheen has indeed undergone a massive transformation and she looks nothing like she did in the 2000s.  Netizens have went on to accuse her of undergoing surgeries to look like this. Reacting to social media trolls, a hurt Nausheen Sardar hit back saying,  "If someone expects me to look the same as I did 15 years ago, then something is wrong with that someone."

"Everybody looks different when they grow up, so why do people expect me to remain the same? Don’t people groom, use photo technologies and filters to look different and beautiful in photos? If everyone else is doing it, then why can’t I?" she asks, adding how much the trolling has got to her. "My personal life has gone for a toss. I’m extremely hurt. All this negativity is very depressing. I’m born to an Iranian mother and Punjabi father, and my struggles with weight is never-ending. I have to stay in shape all the time, so at times things are not in my hand," says the actor, known for her shows such as Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga, The Adventures of Hatim and Ganga.
