Star Plus' popular celebrity dance reality show Nach Baliye on July 19, 2019, returned with its ninth season and is co-produced by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The latest season is with full of love and romance with the real-life couples and hot chemistry shown us with the ex-couples. However, one of the ex-couples has quite a different style of showing their love for each other. Watching their chemistry, even choreographer Ahmed Khan said, "This is Kabir Singh love for me." Recently, ahead of the premiere of Nach Baliye 9, Vishal Singh had opened up about his break up with Madhurima Tuli and the equation they share ever since the two parted ways. Meanwhile, Madhurima too revealed that she took part in the show only to be with Vishal. Talking about it, in a statement to IWMBuzz, Madhurima said, "I thought we could keep our differences aside and work to win the crown, which is the essence of the concept, but alas. The way he lashed out at me on the opening night was not done. He has really hurt me with his vicious words. It is not that I alone hurt him, it was mutual. I might be forced to reply back in his language. Well, Madhurima and Vishal's animosity has been quite visible from day 1, when Vishal used disrespectful words for his ex-lover in front of host Salman Khan. While we thought, things might not turn ugly, in the latest promo shared by the channel on the micro-blogging site, Madhurima could be seen being disrespectful towards Vishal, while the latter refuses to hug Madhurima after their performance.

On the professional front, Vishal Aditya Singh, who is best known for the role of Lakhan Thakur in Begusarai and Veerendra Pratap Singh in Chandrakanta, was last seen in the Star Plus show Kullfi Kumar Bajewala. Meanwhile, Madhurima Tuli rose to fame with show Kumkum Bhagya, where she played the negative character Tanushri Mehta.
