With actors, Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha gracing the Nach Baliye 9 sets to promote their film Dream Girl, this weekend's episode will see all the male contestants dress up as females and vice versa. Keeping in accordance with the theme, the first promo that was revealed was that of Shantanu Maheshwari and Nityaami Shirke. The duo dressed as Raveena Tandon and Ahmed Khan delivered a full of dance and full of humour performance from what we saw in the promo. It can be recalled that last week too, when Chhichhore's cast members Sushant Singh Rajput, Varun Sharma and Shraddha Kapoor came on the show, they were mighty impressed with Shantanu and Nityaami's act, especially with the latter performing with a knee brace and crutches owing to her leg injury. Nach Baliye 9: Sushant Singh Rajput Gives Shantanu Maheshwari and Nityaami Shirke A Standing Ovation! 

Shares a source present on the sets, "Right from the beginning of Shantanu and Nityaami's act till the end of it, Ayushmann and Nushrat were hooting and cheering them along! Ayushman even got up in the middle of their act and was dancing in the contestant area. And once they were done with their act, Nushrat and Ayushmann ran up on stage to even shake a leg with the duo. They were also raving about Shantanu's Raveena avatar and were all praises for Nityaami dancing so well despite her injury."

Nityaami injured her knee in the first week of Nach Baliye 9 itself. Having aggravated her injury, Nityaami is currently seen sporting a knee brace and performing all of her acts. In fact, she has not let her injury limit her and we've seen Nityaami pull off areal acts as well. in fact, last weekend, Nityaami even climbed atop a pyramid for Dahi Handi as a part of her act, which won her applause and a standing ovation from everyone present on the sets.
