Only last night, Krystle Dsouza and her friend Rahul Sharma's outing turned into a tragedy when they were stuck in the rains. The pair then took an autorickshaw but that too stopped plying in the midst of a road. However, actress Shrenu Parikh wasn't that lucky. The actress who was set to fly out of Mumbai this morning, returned back from the airport with her baggage, after waiting for 9 hours to board a flight. To be fair, Shrenu did have her doubts when she left for the airport. She also advised her fellow Tweeple to re-plan their flights and affirmed that the airport was a total mess, with no flights flying due to the rains.

Shrenu also posted pictures of the overcrowded domestic airport, while she was waiting for her Baroda flight, but gave up and took an autorickshaw back home. She also urged one and all to be careful and plan their travels properly in such difficult times.

In fact, monsoon has come full bore in Mumbai with flooding in most parts of the city. The meteorological department also sounded a red alert for Mumbai today.
