MTV Roadies Xtreme  starts with Sandy becoming the next target as Surbhi says she cannot trust him anymore. Kriti comes in the line of fire for Neha Dhupia and she lashes out at her asking her to go sleep and say no more for the day. Shruti and the gang now know that Kriti who was her friend stabbed her in the back. Kriti tries clearing her the air with the group but in vain and she is thrown out of the tent. She feels lonely and walks to the tent of the gang leaders. Next morning the group goes to the task ground. Rannvijay meets them there. Neha starts the conversation and says that Prince Narula will speak as he knows exactly what happened.

Kriti wants to quit and this is announced. Prince accuses Kriti of coming knocking on Prince's tent at five in the morning. This is a strict NO! The roadies are not allowed to access the gang leader's tent. Now Neha is even more furious as she tells she does not want Kriti in her gang. Kriti though now says that she does not want to quit anymore. Rannvijay now takes the call and gives her another the chance. The task is announced and it has to be played by the best and the worst of a group together. Geetika and Surbhi are the first to go in first as Neha and Raftaar give them the instructions. They fail as they try three times. Next is Kashish and Shruti from Prince and Nikhil's team.

Shruti and Kashish have better coordination as they are not fighting at all. They make a perfect tower but as Shruti is going out the tower falls. They start again and this time again they make the tower. This time Shruti wins everyone over by her agility as she nails the task taking off all the flags. Next is Nishkarsh and Pavneet, as they take their own time opening the bag. They too stand the tower up in time less than what Shruti did. Now Nishkarsh starts wriggling around the wires as he collects the flags. Nishkarsh is amazing and he kills the performance. Mehek and Mini are the last to go and they manage to make the tower well. Mini walks out to collect the flags and she does all. Mehek though makes a mistake and he makes penalty as he crawls all through. Mehek and Mini though manage to win the game even after penalties.
