Today's episode of MTV Roadies Xtreme starts with the gangs travelling to Itanagar with their new gangs and gang leaders. Kashish tries to make amends with Neha Dhupia after the last day's fight. They reach Itanagar towards the night and hit the bed.

Next morning sees a new task where Rannvijay says that the roadies can finally get back at whoever they want to. The gangs are supposed to face the others. The gangs are allowed to face tag the others and earn points. Nikhil and Raftaar's team face while Prince and Neha's.

Mehak and Sonu start the game as Mehak give it to Sonu making him angry. Abhishek slaps Rohan hard in the next attempt. Sonu gets it next from Rohan too. Sonu gets all even as he enters the next and slaps both of them. Raftaar is finally impressed with Sonu.

Shruti and Preeti are in one team as Geetika and Shubda are the others. Shruti slaps Geetika, and Shubda hits Preeti. Gang Raftaar wins against Nikhil. Now is Prince versus Neha. Surbhi goes all overboard with her tagging, and she hits Preeti bad, later she gets reprimanded by Neha.

Kashish and Sharan get back at each other. Shruti goes next but due the overconfidence go hand in hand with her gets cornered and is eliminated. Prince team gets immune finally. Nikhil now strategies to get the partial immunity. Next morning though Shruti and Surbhi go missing.

They reach the task location, and Rannvijay shocks them with the revelation, they see Surbhi and Shruti tied up and boxed. The task is to get the girls out of the box. The rescue mission is complete with finding the tools for getting the girls out. Kashish and Rohan are the rescue boys as Surbhi feels more and more panicky being claustrophobic.

Kashish gets stuck in a current and panics in the river. Kashish quits, and Nikav soon replaces him. Nikhil's strategy wins as he saves Shruti before Neha and her team can get Surbhi out. Shruti and Surbhi though get hurt in the entire process of pulling themselves out.
