Today's episode of MTV Roadies Xtreme starts with Mehakdeep and Sharan again. The two reach the task location after all the pitching and pleading. Rannvijay welcomes the Roadies. Rannvijay says the the vote is not anonymous today and they are all asked to write on their placards. Mehakdeep is shocked by Nishkarsh and Shubhda, he is greatly upset to have been back stabbed by his friends and promises to keep that in mind if he comes back. Sharan in turn promises complete allegiance to the duo. Sonu votes for Mehak and upsets Sharan, Sharan loses it and starts abusing. Their is a verbal spat between the two. Sharan gets more and more upset with his votes getting lesser and lesser. Farah tries to explain her vote as she gets emotional but Rannvijay tells her that she is a woman of substance and she does not need to explain so much. Farah claims to have convinced Kashish to vote in Mehak.

When questioned Kashish claims that he was very confused about his vote even until he just voted. Sharan tells Kashish that his vote has indeed changed the game. Shruti is in tears and Mini is furious by this deception and feel betrayed. Sonu though has another point of view as he says that Kashish did not change his vote at last minute but this was all planned. Now the fight takes a whole new turn as Sharan forbids anyone from calling him their bro. Finally Mehakdeep gets through and wins the voting and is finally in the game. Mini is still upset with Kashish and says that there is no point in having a gang when there is betrayal between friends.

The next task is announced and the gang leaders arrive. Everyone especially Prince Narula is happy to see Mehek in the gang and soon Nikhil Chinnapa gets the chance to take Mehek into his team if he wants but that would mean he has to exchange Mehek with one from his gang. Nikhil without much thought says he wants to take Mehek and let go of Nishkarsh. Nishkarsh feels betrayed as he was the one who had always believed in Nikhil and wanted to be in his gang. Neha Dhupia points this out and says that she genuinely feels for Nishkarsh. Nishkarsh asks Nikhil if somehow Mehek is better than him and Nikhil replies that not better but is different. Now the task is announced which is 'Don't Hold Your Horses', which has the contestants dressing up a khasi couple. The task is fun and Nishkarsh leads while Sonu has a good time falling off the ledge and Neha falls down laughing. Finally though Khursheed and Sonu win the task while Nishkarsh and Abhishek lose it, Nishkarsh is upset has even though he did the best yet because of Priya he lost.
