Today's episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Sherlin walking back to her car as she gets her mother's call who wants to go shopping. Preeta talks to the sister and confirms that Sherlin is actually pregnant. Sherlin calls Prithvi who refuses to speak, and they get into a fight.

Sherlin refuses to go to coffee with Kareena, and she makes an excuse. Prithvi is worried that Karan might come to know about Sherlin's pregnancy. Karan gets the keymaker and rushes him to make the key. Sameer walks in, and Karan fills him in.

Sherlin goes on to meet Prithvi, and they talk as Prithvi says he cannot go to hospitals. Karan gets the book opened, and Preeta too walks in. They open the book but are shocked.

It only has good things about Rishabh, Karan and Luthras. Preeta agrees with Karan as they know Sherlin is pretending. Prithvi tells Sherlin that he exchanged the scrapbook when Karan was not on his bed.
