Today's episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Prithvi and Karan(Dheeraj Dhoopar) arguing once again as Preeta(Shraddha Arya) interrupts them. Preeta asks Karan to let go of this. Karan tells Preeta that he knows that the child is not Rishabh's as he is not a one to act like that. Later the doctor confirms to Sherlin that she is indeed pregnant.

Rishabh and Srishti have a heart to heart as Srishti tries asking Rishabh if he would be able to handle himself if all this is true. Rishabh says that he will marry Sherlin anyhow as he is a good person. Mahesh hears this conversation and thinks that he must speak to Rishabh. Chachi sees Karan and Preeta together and thinks that Preeta would be a nice girl for Karan as she can take care of him.

The doctor refuses to listen to Sherlin and says that she will only do what is right. Prithvi is cornered and wonders how he will reach Sherlin now. Later when he does meet Sherlin, they argue when Prithvi comes to know that Sherlin could not convince the doctor. They think of plans to save the situation.

Mahesh and Rishabh talk as Mahesh ask him if he has feelings for Preeta. Preeta comes interrupting them telling them that Chachi and Kareena are fighting. Rishabh handles the situation. Later Chachi tells Rishabh that she will not leave until the doctor confirms Sherlin's pregnancy.
