Today's episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Sanju taking Dr Seema when Preeta(Shraddha Arya) is walking to the room. Preeta feels that someone is hiding. Sanju sees Preeta and feels this is the right opportunity to kill her.

Sanju attacks Preeta and hits her. Preeta fights back and tries to help the doctor. Sameer opens the doors as everyone wonders what the commotion is about.

Sherlin and Prithvi decide to enter the house, but Prithvi says that he is to marry Preeta and that if he goes in then, Preeta will be doubtful. Preeta goes to help the doctor when Sanju attacks her with a knife.

Karan stops the goon and thrashes him. He later comforts Preeta as she hugs him in her panic. Sherlin is looking around when everyone gathers in the hall. Now Rakhi recognises the doctor, and also the family asks about Sanju.

Karan and Preeta now find it hard to keep the truth. Karan asks Preeta if he should tell everyone the truth. Kareena says that it is Neel's brother so he must be here to take his revenge from Preeta.

Kareena wants to call Sarla and make her take Preeta away. The family worries about Preeta, but she says that she is fine. Karan says that Sanju came to the hospital to kidnap Preeta and the doctor helped them. The goon made the doctor unconscious and also attacked Preeta.
