Karan Johar's most discussed and rather candid talk show, Koffee With Karan is back with its sixth season. The show should be applauded for so many reasons. From Salman revealing he's a 'virgin' to Kangana starting the nepotism debate, the reality show has had some brilliant moments in the past. You know its new season will start with a bang when you have Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt gracing its opening episode. Ranbir Kapoor's ex-girlfriend mingling with his current ladylove is a topic of hot discussion and kudos to Karan for making it happen. From revealing that RK Jr is a momma's boy to confessing that Alia was in a 'friends with benefits' relationship, the opening night was quite fun to witness. Remember the gang picture that broke the internet? Yea, the one with Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Karan Johar. While we assumed it was RK Jr's birthday bash, today we know it wasn't. It was an impromptu meeting instead. It all started when Alia and Karan met at Ranbir's bachelor pad and had this brilliant idea. Alia even revealed how they were unsure if anyone would come at such a short notice but they all did. Rest as they say is history.

We must say this episode was a laughter riot, thanks to Karan Johar's bitchy commentary after every question. The new season's second episode has Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar as its new guests and we wait to see if guys would beat the girls in making the episode more interesting and entertaining.
