Khichdi Written Episode Update, May 12, 2018: Jayshree Leaves For London And Hansa Tortures The Parekh Family

Today's episode of Khichdi starts with Jayshree trying to con Babuji into signing some property papers making her the owner of all his property but not taking any of his liability. Babuji begs for his specs but she will not let him have it. Finally Babuji makes Praful read it out aloud. Babuji asks Hansa if she understood what Jayshree is trying to do. Hansa says she did not understand what assets and liabilities mean, and then ofcourse the Praful explanation happened. Later they receive a call about the sresta parekh award being conferred on Babuji this year. Rajkumar kumar comes to the house representing the society. He has this disorder of shaking his head and ends up confusing poor Hansa.

Himanshu being the good brother ends up holding the poor man's neck so it doesnt shake anymore while Hansa attacks him with her questions. Later on Babuji is wondering if he would still receive the award after his rakshas gamily manhandled the poor man. He calls the man and confirms this. He comes to know that he can actually thank someone from his family on stage and make him the next year's contender. Babuji decides to consult the most intelligent two people of his house for this-the kids. The kids have two names-One is Praful and the other is Jayshree. Jayshree because she takes care of the entire family and Praful because no one respects him and this might just be a pathfinder for him.

Next day Jayshree Jasodha masi arrives from London. She is one of a kind complaint box. She has complaints about everything and threatens to go back. Hansa asks Praful when he would get this award and he says that he is supposed to get all the abuses and disrespect only. This makes Babuji emotional and he thinks that he should be the one giving Praful this chance at earning respect. At the award ceremony there is no one but the Parekhs and the Rajkumar Kumar, he announces the award and babuji receives the same. Babuji thanks Praful for all the patience he has developed over the time and says that if it was not for him then he will not be so humble saying sorry to every passing person with folded hands.

Jasodha Masi cannot stand this and she lashes out at Babuji for sidelining Jayshree. Jayshree though throughly understands why Babuji did this. Jasodha Masi now wants to take Jayshree away with her to London and Babuji thinks that would be a good idea to pay Jayshree back for all that she has been doing for the family. Now the entire family decides to convince Jayshree to go. Hansa has taken over the kitchen and feeds Bauji some dangerous tea and cat eaten Paratas. Later they refuse to eat or drink anything other than vadapav and lassi until Jayshree agrees. Finally Jayshree says yes and Babuji and Praful go to get saree for Jayshree. The shopkeeper refuses to sell anything to Praful. Hansa parts with her own sarees and they all see Jayshree off emotionally. Now starts the real trauma as Hansa takes over as the ideal bahu and tries to feed Babuji on raw vegetables and burnt tea. Babuji cries for Jayshree and lo presto she is back. She says that London is a terrible place to stay as there are no beggars and they cannot throw waste outside and moreover after 11 they are not supposed to beat drums.
