Today's episode of Khichdi starts with Praful sitting with a travel agent where he is presenting him with Hansa's pictures. Praful manages to piss the man off by his very crazy questions. The man gives Praful the job as Praful's father is his friedn. Praful(Rajeev Mehta)  gets the job and then applies for the leave too. He has the urgent job of waking up Hansa as her alarm is gone bad. Praful now lovingly wakes his wife and Babuji(Anang Desai)  tells Hansa she should start handling the responsibility of the house as she is elder daughter in law. Jayshree(Vandana Pathak) cannot bar the pain and cries to Baa saying Hansa has now started helping her. Hansa(Supriya Pathak) first cuts coconuts with knifes and then peas with knife. Jayshree tells Baa that Hansa washed up the mixie in the washing machine. Hansa is at it again as she hits Babuji's shirt with iron.

Jayshree says that it is Hansa's birthday on sunday and hearing this Hansa runs to Praful asking him what celebrate means. Hansa demands a surprise party from Praful and Himanshu. Praful and Himanshu want to keep it secret. Babuji is tired of Praful and says he is going away while Jayshree wants him to stay as Kantha is also going on a leave. Praful is trying to send the cards away without any address on it and Babuji tries in vain to make him understand. Jayshree says they should get Himanshu admitted so that Hansa is busy with him. Jayshree makes chutney for Sandwich as she tells babauji there is a rat in it. Jayshree is informed about Himanshu's accident and nbboth run to the spot.

Himanshu is found sleeping underneath a car as he demands to be run over. Praful has the ambulance ready. Jayshree changes the venue to the Parminder house. The posters of Happy Birthday Hansa is spread everywhere.  Himanshu and Parminder have their romance on. Himanshu tries to figure out how old is Hansa and end s up calculating a younger age. Jayshree has speech ready for Hansa. Praful gets Hansa to the Parminder house and now Hansa says she feels she is getting doubts about her surprise party. They call a hypnotist for Hansa and the man tries his best to hypnotise Hansa who gets half hypnotised.  The man keeps getting calls amidst the session. He though ends up hypnotising her for 25years.

Praful is left distraught as he cries his heart out. Hansa wakes up finally but refuses to recognise Praful and says that she is just 16. Hansa beats up Praful with a huge stick. Now the entire Parekh clan gets busy with trying to remind Hansa. There are various tests and memory exercises in vain. Now Jayshree and Himanshu go on to find the hypnotist. Hansa gets all ready in school uniform as her children try to stop her. Hansa and Praful end up in jail as Praful explains different meaning. The vashikaran baba is brought in to get Hansa's memory back. Hansa reveals towards the end that she never forgot anything and it was just that she was trying to surprise them all.
