Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Shah Rukh Khan and Ekta Kapoor Shoot a Cute Promo - Watch Video

So it is confirmed! Ekta Kapoor has roped in Shah Rukh Khan to launch the premiere episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Ever since the return of the show has been announced, fans have been waiting with baited breath to see Prena and Dr Anurag Basu back on the small screen. Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan have already started shooting for the show, which will go on air on September 10 next month.

Now, Ekta has shared a mini clip on Instagram where she is seen having a fun conversation with Shah Rukh where he is seen pulling her leg. While he takes a dig at her love life, Ekta blushes and says, "It's you sir". The TV czarina took to Instagram to share the video and captioned it as: "Oooooops!!!!! I was dying to say it’s u sir @iamsrk ! But I shut up! Otherwise I’m in love with .... my work #hAlftruths #mugshots".

So, in case you are wondering how did SRK and Ekta decide to come together for this, a source close to Mirror was quoted saying, "Following a brainstorming session, Ekta decided to join in and the two discuss timeless romance on camera with SRK playfully prodding Ekta about her love life." Hmm... interesting!
