We had recently reported that Hina Khan has started the shooting of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. While fans have been eagerly waiting for Hina's entry, the actress will finally make her entry in the show. Hina Khan will be essaying the iconic role of Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, which was played by Urvashi Dholakia in the 00's love saga. The reports also suggest that Rohit Sharma, who was last seen in Ekta Kapoor's show Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, has been roped in to play Hina's boyfriend on the show. Though Rohit won't be a regular member but the actor will have a cameo of a few episodes. Rohit too confirmed the new as he shared his experience working with Hina Khan to Bollywood Life. The actor, in a statement to Bollywood Life, said, "I was nervous to shoot with her however, she is very cooperative. She rehearsed the lines with me as well." Speaking of how good Hina is as Komolika, the actor further added, "As Komolika she is badass! She looks Komolika like perfectly."

Speaking of KZK, Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes are seen playing the iconic roles of Anurag and Prerna respectively. Hina, who will be seen as Komolika Chaubey, the daughter of a corrupt politician involved in sex trade, too talked  about her character earlier. In a statement to Times of India, she had said, "Playing Komolika is an extremely thrilling experience. However, it also brings a huge responsibility of living it up to the expectations of the viewers. Komolika became a household name who is reminisced even today. She is strongly instilled in the hearts and minds of the viewers. I will try to retain the essence of the old character, but with a new spin." Watch this space for further updates.
