Tonight's episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 starts with Anurag (Parth Samthaan) and Prerna (Erica Fernandes) coming inside the house and seeing the mess, wondering what happened. Prerna panics and calls out to Veena and Shivani. Anurag goes upstairs where Ronit has taken Shivani and breaks the door and beats Ronit. He then threatens Ronit that if he tries to do something like this again, then he will send him to jail where his sister Komolika (Hina Khan) is and drags him and throws him out of the house. Meanwhile, at the Basu mansion, Mohini is telling Nivedita that Moloy is recovering and that she is happy for him. They both come to the dining table were Prerna is serving food. Tapur comes and tells Mohini that today is Sahil’s parents anniversary so she is planning to give them a surprise party at the Basu house. Mohini says she will arrange for it. Just then one of Anurag’s colleagues comes, as he has some urgent work. Anurag takes him in his room for discussion. Nivedita tells Prerna to go and give Anurag’s breakfast in his room and teases her. Mohini sees this and gets angry and tells Nivedita to come with her as she wants to talk to her. Mohini asks Nivedita why is she getting close to Prerna and why has she started loving and caring for her. Nivedita says that Prerna is the right choice for Anurag and that because of her they came to know about Komolika's truth. They get into an argument with each other. There as Prerna goes to give breakfast to Anurag, she hears the colleague talking about Komolika and that they have to be careful, as this man can destroy them. Anurag says he is Mr. Bajaj. Prerna asks who is this Mr. Bajaj. and why is he taking an interest in their shares? Anurag says that before Komolika came into their life, Mr. Bajaj with the help of our old manager and lawyer had taken all our shares and profits. Prerna tells to find out everything about him as to who is he and from where has he come, as he knows everything about them and they do not know anything about him. Prerna asks to find out whether he has any link with Komolika.

In the precap, Mohini sees Anurag getting close with Prerna and gets upset. There Komolika shoots the police officer and runs from the police station.
