Today’s episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 starts with Mohini telling Nivedita to call Anurag (Parth Samthaan) as all the guests are waiting for them. Nivedita calls Komolika (Hina Khan) and asks where are they and if they are fine. Komolika tells that they are fine and taking Prerna (Erica Fernandes) to the city hospital as she has fallen unconscious. Nivedita is shocked to hear this and tells this to Mohini and asks her to relax as they will reach soon. Mohini gets frustrated and says that she will call Anurag herself and goes from there. Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 March 4, 2019 Written Update Full Episode: Anurag Rushes Unconscious Prerna to the Hospital, While Komolika Feels Super Jealous

There Anurag takes Prerna to the hospital, Komolika tells Anurag to get the stretcher and she will help Prerna. While Anurag is gone, Komolika in anger tells herself that earlier it was different but now Anurag is her husband and she is not liking that he holds anyone else other than her. Anurag goes inside the hospital and tells the nurse to get a stretcher so that Prerna can be brought inside. Anurag puts Prerna on the stretcher and goes with her. Mohini calls Komolika and asks what time will they reach the venue. Komolika says that it will take time as they have just taken Prerna inside for a check-up. Mohini tells Komolika that she is not an ordinary lady now and is Anurag’s wife and that she should not have allowed him to go there. Mohini tells that Prerna must have done all this to hold Anurag or blackmail him and that nothing would have happened to her. Komolika tells that she also knows the reality and what Anurag feels about Prerna and that it is fine. Mohini tells her that guests are asking about them, and her father was also asking for her and Anurag.  Komolika says that she should herself talk to Anurag and she cannot hurt him as it is their first night. Anurag consoles Prerna that everything will be fine and that he is there with him. The nurse tells him to wait outside when the doctor checks her ( bighe nayna ju dil khe paas hai terre naina track is played in the background). Anurag goes inside Prerna’s room and sees her condition and cries and reminisces  what all he had promised to her and how he betrayed her. Suddenly Prerna gets up and holds Anurag’s hand and tells him to stay with her and not leave her. Prerna asks him that he had promised to marry her, Anurag tells he is sorry for not fulfilling his promise but he will be always there with her whenever she needs him. Prerna tells that she was scared that he is not there with her and that she was dreaming all that. Prerna gets emotional and says that he is not her Anurag as he insulted her love and her and pushes him aside, Anurag says to beat him as he deserves it. Prerna says he knows that she cannot live without him and hugs him tightly. Prerna says that she wants to tell him an important thing and tells that can he marry anyone now, Anurag tells that he is already married, Prerna says that he is lying and that he cannot marry anyone else. The nurse comes and gives Prerna an injection and she sleeps. Anurag sits beside her and cries holding her hand and tells her that he is sorry for what he has done and kisses her forehead and goes out of the room.

The doctor comes, the nurse tells the doctor that Komolika was also in the car in which they had brought Prerna. The doctor goes to Komolika and tells that she needs help from her as she is a family member of the patient. Komolika says she has some relation with her and says she knows everything about her. The doctor asks whether she is under some stress or depression for which she became unconscious. Komolika says she is mad and that she is behind a guy who loves someone else.

Anupam calls Shivani and tells that she is in the city hospital and tells her to reach there. The doctor comes and recognizes Prerna that she is the same patient who is pregnant and tells that her BP might be low that is why she fainted. The doctor says that she will go and tell Anurag about her pregnancy. while Mohini is talking to Anurag, doctor comes to inform him about Prerna but hear’s Mohini telling that this girl has created a lot of problem in his life and that she will stay here and do all the formalities and that he should go home. Komolika thinks that today she will come to know who he chooses Prerna or his Mohini.

In the precap, Anurag tells Mohini that Prerna is his first responsibility.
